教师在现代教育教学中肩负的使命和责任非常的重大,新的教育形式下要求教师必须不断更新自己的教学理念。这学期我市各学校又掀起了新一轮教学模式改革的高潮,可以说这次的教学改革,对于所有的一线教师来说又是一次新的挑战,下面是我在新课改和参观杜郎口中学中的点滴体会与思考。一、给学生足够的空间,从而体现他们的主体地位在传统教学中,教师的职责就是如何把书本知识原原本本地传递给学生。“教师把教材上的内容当做金科玉律,把教参中的提示当做真理,把预先设计好的教案当做亦步亦趋的向导。”
