思想政治工作是党的光荣传统和强大优势,企业的思想政治工作是经济工作的生命线。不论社会主义市场经济和企业改革如何发展,企业的思想政治工作都具有不可替代的地位和作用。而物管企业因其用工的灵活性,服务对象的特定性,其思想政治工作更为重要。可以说,加强和改进物管企业的思想政治工作,是提高企业竞争力,促进企业健康发展的客观要求和重要保障。笔者所在河北邯郸市兴盛物业有限公司,主要依托国电邯郸热电厂,服务于热电厂整个厂区及其办公、生产场所,以及两个家属院等。公司下辖五部(生活后勤部、信息部、培训部、医务部、离退部)和13个班组(水、电、暖、木、通讯电脑、保卫)等,共有职工200多人。公司因部门多、工作重心散,统一时间难、集中人员难而对思想政治教育工作带来一定的困难。为此,通过建设企业文化和进行思想政治工作的互促,收到了较好效果。在此从工作实际出发,就有关问题与大家共同探讨。企业文化是一种微观文化,是一个企业在长期经营实践中所凝结、沉淀下来的一种文化气氛、精神力量、经营境界和广大职工所认同的道德规范和行为方式。企业文化建设是企业发展不可缺少的内在驱动力。物管企业的思想政治工作和企业文化建设,从工作内容到工作方式,既有相同点,又有不同点,只有把二者有机结合起来,才能够达到事半功倍的效果,发挥更加有效的作用。1.思想政治工作在企业文化建设中的工作重点(1)促进企业管理企业管理是一切工作的基础,也是企业经营的重要内容和推动企业发展的必要措施。在发展杜会主义市场经济的过程中,物管企业必须强化企业管理,组织和动员广大物管员工统一思想,认清形势,明确任务,在物管市场竞争激烈的形势下,树立危机意识和创业意识,依靠企业自身的力量和品牌求生存、求发展。

The author is located in Handan City, Hebei prosperous Property Co., Ltd., mainly rely on the State Power Handan Thermal Power Plant, serving the entire plant and its thermal power plant office, production sites, as well as two families and other homes. The company administered five (life logistics department, the Ministry of Information, Training Department, Medical Department, Department of retired) and 13 teams (water, electricity, warm, wood, communications computer, security), a total of more than 200 workers. Due to the large number of departments, the center of gravity of work, the unification of time is difficult and the concentration of personnel is difficult, ideological and political education will bring some difficulties. To this end, through the construction of enterprise culture and the ideological and political work of mutual cooperation, received good results. In this regard, starting from the actual work, I will discuss with you the relevant issues. Corporate culture is a kind of microcosmic culture. It is a kind of cultural atmosphere, spiritual power, management realm and the moral norms and behaviors accepted by the majority of workers that a firm condenses and settles in long-term business practice. Corporate culture building is an indispensable internal driving force for enterprise development. The property management enterprise’s ideological and political work and corporate culture construction, from the work content to the work style, have the same points and different points. Only by organically combining the two can we achieve a multiplier effect and play a more effective role. 1. Ideological and political work in the construction of corporate culture focus (1) to promote business management Business management is the foundation of all work, but also an important part of business and necessary measures to promote the development of enterprises. In the process of developing the socialist market economy, property management companies must strengthen the management of enterprises, organize and mobilize the majority of property management staff unify thinking, a clear understanding of the situation, a clear mandate, the property management market in a highly competitive situation, establish a sense of crisis and Entrepreneurship awareness, relying on their own strength and brand survival, and development.
