患者男,47岁,右腰背部间歇性胀痛、绞痛20年,反复出现尿路感染症状,尿频、尿急,间歇性血尿、脓尿;体检:腰背部膨隆,有叩痛,右上腹可触及包块。Ｂ超检查提示:右侧肾盂肾盏重度积水,肾皮质变簿,右输尿管扩张、扭曲,右上段输尿管结石。膀胱镜检查:膀胱镜放入膀胱顺利,膀胱粘膜充血
