酸冷凝速度是影响酸腐蚀的重要因素,降低酸冷凝速度能够有效地减轻壁面腐蚀,增强设备安全性.本文采用数值方法研究了换热器中翅片管的酸冷凝沉积特性和传热特性,在酸冷凝数值模型中,同时考虑气液平衡理论和多组分扩散影响.基于H型翅片椭圆管,提出3种新型翅片结构来增强传热和降低酸冷凝速度.通过研究相关参数(烟气温度、酸蒸气浓度、水蒸气浓度和雷诺数)对不同翅片表面的影响,结果表明,新型结构翅片管束能够有效提高传热和抑制酸冷凝的综合性能.
Acid condensation speed is an important factor that affects acid corrosion, reducing acid condensation speed can effectively reduce wall corrosion and enhance equipment safety.In this paper, the numerical method was used to study the acid condensation deposition and heat transfer characteristics of finned tubes in heat exchangers, In the numerical model of acid condensation, considering the theory of gas-liquid equilibrium and the influence of multicomponent diffusion, three kinds of new fin structures were proposed based on H-fin elliptic tubes to enhance the heat transfer and reduce the acid condensation velocity.By studying the correlation parameters Flue gas temperature, acid vapor concentration, water vapor concentration and Reynolds number on the surface of different fins. The results show that the new structure of the finned tube bundle can effectively improve the heat transfer and inhibition of the overall performance of acid condensation.
