采用激光跟踪控制系统实现工业几何量动态测量,提出了实现动态几何量测量的基本目标和任务。重点分析了采用多个激光跟踪测量系统实现动态几何量测量的基本原理,以及多站法完成自标定的方法。分析了自标定的仿真算法并给出实验结果,仿真结果表明影响自标定精度的主要因素为标准尺的精度
Using laser tracking control system to realize the dynamic measurement of industrial geometric quantity, the basic goals and tasks of dynamic geometric quantity measurement are put forward. The basic principle of using multiple laser tracking system to measure the dynamic geometry is analyzed emphatically, and the method of multi-station method to accomplish self-calibration is analyzed. The self-calibrating simulation algorithm is analyzed and the experimental results are given. The simulation results show that the main factors affecting the self-calibration accuracy are the accuracy of standard ruler
