应用紫外分光光度法观察西米替丁及法莫替丁对胃乙醇脱氢酶的影响。结果表明:当西米替丁浓度为0.01mmol/L时,乙醇脱氢酶活性已明显下降,抑制率达44.9%(P<0.01),药物浓度越高,抑制作用越强,当西米替丁浓度达20mmol/L时,酶活性下降83.3%。而法莫替丁浓度达1mmol/L时才出现轻度的抑制作用。因此,对饮酒患者需要应用H2受体拮抗剂治疗宜选择法莫替丁
The effect of cimetidine and famotidine on gastric alcohol dehydrogenase was observed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
