两极分化现象是英语教学中存在的一个既普遍而又突出的问题,尤其对于教育比较落后的地区而言显得更加严重。笔者通过多年的教学实践,对产生两级分化现象的成因进行了调查研究和分析,造成这方面的原因很多:一是小学、中学严重脱节。二是教学方法失之偏颇。三是中学对初一、初二重视不够。四是小学阶段就出现了参差不齐。笔者对如何克服两级分化现象提出了几点看法:一是在教学管理体制上,要实行小学、高中、大学“一条龙”的新路子。二是必须抓好入门阶段的语音教学。三是因材施教,开展分级教学。四是要编制出具有中国特色的新教材。
Polarization is a common and prominent problem existing in English teaching, especially for those areas where education is lagging behind. Through years of teaching practice, the author conducted a survey and analysis of the causes of the two-level differentiation, which caused many causes in this respect. First, primary schools and secondary schools are severed seriously. Second, the teaching method is biased. Third, high school on the first and second days not enough attention. Fourth, the primary school appeared uneven. The author puts forward some suggestions on how to overcome the phenomenon of two levels of differentiation: First, in the teaching management system, we should implement a new approach to primary schools, high schools and universities. Second, we must grasp the initial stage of the voice teaching. The third is teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, carry out graded teaching. Fourth, it is necessary to compile new teaching materials with Chinese characteristics.
