当前,我省在推进经济增长方式转变,资源、能源节约与综合利用取得一定成效。但是仍然存在资源能源消耗高、浪费大等问题。我省的能源资源总体状况可以用“底子不厚、依赖性强、利用粗放、难以为继”来形容,这使得建设节约型社会显得尤为迫切。为此,记者就如何保护和合理利用各种资源,提高资源利用效率走访了省水利厅、省环保局及省经贸委。
At present, our province has made some achievements in advancing the transformation of the mode of economic growth, and saving resources and comprehensive utilization of resources. However, there are still problems such as high resource and energy consumption and waste of resources. The overall situation of energy resources in our province can be described as “not strong foundation, strong dependence, extensive use, unsustainable”, making the construction of a conservation-oriented society even more urgent. To this end, the reporter on how to protect and rational use of resources, improve resource utilization efficiency visited the provincial water conservancy department, the provincial Environmental Protection Bureau and Provincial Economic and Trade Commission.
