目的了解泰安市中心医院所有工作人员吸烟情况,为下一步开展医院控烟工作提供科学依据。方法对全院在职2000名职工进行调查,调查内容包括一般情况,吸烟情况,吸烟的危害,戒烟的技巧,控烟知识等。结果男性吸烟率43.9%,女性吸烟率0.7%,平均吸烟率17.0%,男性高于女性,P<0.01;男性中医生的吸烟率30.67%,后勤人员吸烟率73.2%;不同文化程度者吸烟率不同,中专及以下者吸烟率最高68.8%。在吸烟者中,戒烟失败的主要原因是缺乏意志力,占48.1%。结论医院职工男性吸烟率高,文化程度低者吸烟率高,控烟知识和技能差,建议做好男性职工的戒烟工作。
Objective To understand the smoking status of all staffs in Central Hospital of Tai’an and provide a scientific basis for further tobacco control work in hospitals. Methods A total of 2,000 in-service staff members of the hospital were surveyed. The investigation includes the general situation, smoking status, the harm of smoking, the skills of smoking cessation and the knowledge of tobacco control. Results The male smoking rate was 43.9%, the female smoking rate was 0.7%, the average smoking rate was 17.0%, the male was higher than the female, P <0.01; the male smoking rate was 30.67% and the logistic staff smoking was 73.2% Different, secondary and below the highest smoking rate of 68.8%. Among smokers, the main reason for the failure to quit smoking was lack of willpower, accounting for 48.1%. Conclusions There is a high prevalence of smoking among men and women in hospitals, smoking is high among those with low educational attainment, knowledge and skills of tobacco control are poor, and it is suggested that men should quit smoking well.
