目的:探讨HPV—DAN检测结合TCT在宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值,旨在探讨出一种更为敏感与合理的宫颈病变筛查方案。方法:HPV-DNA的检测采用PCR体外扩增和DNA反向杂交相结合的DNA芯片技术,宫颈脱落细胞病变程度检测采用薄层细胞学检测系统(TCT),宫颈组织病理活检采用经典方法。结果:(1)组与另3组的两两比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);(2)组和3组分别与4组的比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌前病变的HPV感染率高于宫颈炎症的感染率,HPV-DNA检测联合TCT检测是最有效的宫颈癌筛查手段。
Objective: To explore the value of HPV-DAN combined with TCT in cervical lesions screening, aimed to explore a more sensitive and reasonable cervical lesions screening program. Methods: HPV-DNA was detected by DNA microarray combined with PCR in vitro and DNA reverse hybridization. The detection of cervical exfoliative cytopathology was performed by TLCT method and the cervical biopsy was performed by classical method. Results: There was a significant difference (p <0.01) between group 1 and group 3 (P <0.01), group 2 and group 3 were significantly different from group 4 (p <0.05) . Conclusion: The HPV infection rate of cervical precancerous lesions is higher than the infection rate of cervical inflammation. HPV-DNA combined with TCT is the most effective screening method for cervical cancer.
