教师创造性地使用教材,是教师教材观的体现。素质教育要求,要突出评价的激励功能,激发学生内在的发展动力,帮助学生认识自我,拥有自信。这就要求教师要转变原有的评价方式。对此,我深有体会。一次,在课堂上,学生于波的发言,我认为说的很好,于是我对同学们说:“我们一起表扬于波吧!”这时,我发现曲冰没有参与表扬,而且表现出极不高兴的样子,我就问他:“你为什么不表扬她呢?”“我比她说得还好,可你没叫我。”听了他的回答,我为之一震,感到教师权威式的评价学生,没有关注到学生的个性差异,没有真正把权力交给学生。从此,在课堂上,我改变了评价方式,变教师的权威式评价为学生自我评价和相互评价,取得了意想不到的效果。
