将多化学指标与药效学指标相结合,优选蒲薏颗粒的最佳提取工艺。分别采用水提、水提醇沉、醇提和醇水双提4种工艺制备蒲薏颗粒样品。采用高效液相色谱法测定咖啡酸、大黄素和2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量,用紫外分光光度法测定多糖,薄层色谱法测定油酸。并通过药效学试验比较4种工艺样品对艾氏腹水癌小鼠生存期的影响。结果显示醇水双提所制得的蒲薏样品指标成分含量和药理作用均优于其他提取工艺所得样品。
