1.突发性自然灾害快报的创建方法与管理模式是什么?突发性自然灾害快报包括初报、续报、核报三类。在各级民政部灾情管理信息系统中,所有快报表单均基于灾害事件进行管理。灾害事件通过新建初报创建,采用“灾害发生时间+县级行政区+灾害类型”定义和命名。虽然在民政灾情管理信息系统中灾害发生时间精确到秒,但定义灾害事件时只采用灾害发生的日期。
1. What is the method and mode of management for sudden natural disaster alert? The rapid natural disaster alert includes initial report, renewal report and nuclear report.
