目的了解液质联用法测定水产品中氯霉素残留量的不确定度及其影响因素。方法建立不确定度数学模型,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行分析评定,合成不确定度。结果通过评定,液质联用法测定水产品中氯霉素残留量,测定结果X为(0.30±0.014)μg/kg,k=2。结论标准溶液配制及重复性测定引入的不确定度是影响氯霉素残留量测定结果不确定度的主要因素,不确定度评定过程符合技术规范要求,适用于同类实验的不确定度评定。
Objective To understand the uncertainty of LC-MS determination of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products and its influencing factors. Methods The mathematical model of uncertainty was established, the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed and evaluated, and the uncertainty was synthesized. Results The level of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS). The measured results were (0.30 ± 0.014) μg / kg and k = 2. Conclusion The uncertainty introduced by standard solution preparation and repeatability determination is the main factor that affects the uncertainty of determination of chloramphenicol residues. The uncertainty assessment process accords with the technical specifications and is suitable for the assessment of the uncertainty of similar experiments.
