嘉政发[2011]70号各县(市、区)人民政府、人武部,市政府各部门、直属各单位:2010年冬季,各地、各有关部门认真贯彻国务院、中央军委和省冬季征兵命令,加强组织领导,深入宣传发动,深化征兵工作改革,坚持规范征兵、廉洁征兵、创新征兵,圆满完成了新兵征集任务,涌现出一批先进单位和个人。为树立典型,鼓励先进,促进全市征兵工作健康发展,经市政府、军分区研究,决定对12个征兵工作先进单位和26名征兵工作先进个人予以通报表彰。
