前不久,笔者对学校14位政治教师进行了《江苏省高中政治教师专业发展状况》的问卷调查,其中有一项是关于决定思想政治课教学质量最主要因素的调查,46.2%的教师选择师资,30.7%的教师选择教学方法和手段,15.4%教师选择教材,7.6%教师选择学生。而师资水平又直接影响到教学方法和手段,所以选一二两项的共占到76.9%。也就是说,大家普遍认为教师的专业精神、专业知识、专业技能是决定思想政治课教学质量的最主要因素,教师的价值引领对思想政治课教学质量的决定作用不可小觑。如何更好地发挥政治教师在教学中的价值引领作用?面临着三个方面的问题:
Not long ago, I conducted a questionnaire survey on the status of professional development of political teachers in high schools in Jiangsu Province.
