《中国法学向何处去》一文倡导中国法学研究者摆脱“现代化范式”的支配,实现法学的中国化。法学中国化的障碍一是现行教育体制和学术评价体系,二是绝对价值的缺失。只有解决了这两个问题,中国法律理想图景才能真正建立。
The article “Where Does Chinese Jurisprudence Go” advocated that Chinese law scholars should get rid of the “paradigm of modernization” and realize the legalization of jurisprudence. The first obstacle to the localization of law is the current education system and academic evaluation system. The second is the lack of absolute value. Only by resolving these two issues can China’s legal ideal picture be truly established.
