目的:了解深圳高级技校女生心理卫生状况及影响因素,为开展针对性心理卫生工作提供依据。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表和青少年负性生活事件量表对572名技校学生(女生304名、男生268名)心理卫生状况进行了分析。结果:调查女生中58.55%存在不同程度心理卫生问题,10.52%存在较明显的心理卫生问题。心理卫生问题主要表现依次为焦虑、抑郁、强迫、人际关系敏感、敌对。分析表明,技校女生的心理卫生问题发生率及其程度较男生高。其主要影响因素有自我实现、家庭经济、学习。结论:技校女生的心理卫生问题发生率及其程度较全国成人水平偏高,也高于同比男生,表现有自身特色。有必要对她们开展针对性的心理卫生工作。
Objective: To understand the status and influencing factors of mental health status of senior technical school girls in Shenzhen and to provide the basis for carrying out targeted mental health work. Methods: The psychological health status of 572 technical school students (304 girls and 268 boys) was analyzed by SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 (SCQ-90) and the Negative Life Events Scale of Adolescents. Results: There were different mental health problems in 58.55% of female students and 10.52% of them had obvious mental health problems. The main problems of mental health problems were anxiety, depression, coercion, interpersonal sensitivity and hostility. The analysis shows that the incidence and the extent of mental health problems among technical school girls are higher than those of boys. The main influencing factors are self-realization, family economy and learning. Conclusion: The incidence and the extent of mental health problems among technical school girls are higher than those of the national adults and also higher than those of male boys in the same period. Their performance is characterized by their own characteristics. It is necessary for them to carry out targeted mental health work.
