本文采用ELISA方法检测了51例脑血管疾病和20例对照组的血浆oxLDL和血清LP(a)。结果表明脑血管疾病组明显高于对照组,脑血管疾病各分组(脑出血,脑栓塞,蛛网膜下腔出血)的。oXLDL亦高于对照组。脑出血,脑梗塞分组的Lp(a)高于对照组。oxLDL及Lp(a)异常与患者的性别,年龄,病程及常规血脂检查异常率无相关.实验结果显示,oxLDL,Lp(a)升高与脑血管疾病密切相关,是估价中风危险因素重要的,独立的脂蛋白参数。
In this paper, 51 cases of cerebrovascular disease and 20 cases of control group plasma oxLDL and serum LP (a) were detected by ELISA. The results showed that cerebrovascular disease group was significantly higher than the control group, cerebrovascular disease in each group (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, subarachnoid hemorrhage). oXLDL also higher than the control group. Cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction group Lp (a) higher than the control group. The abnormality of oxLDL and Lp (a) had no correlation with the gender, age, course of disease and the rate of abnormal blood lipid test. The experimental results show that elevated oxLDL and Lp (a) are closely related to cerebrovascular diseases and are important and independent parameters of lipoprotein for risk assessment of stroke.
