目的:观察蒿白伤湿气雾剂治疗大鼠佐剂性关节炎的效果。方法:将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,风湿跌打组及蒿白伤湿气雾剂低、中、高剂量组,对除空白组外的其余组大鼠左、右后趾皮下注射弗氏完全佐剂致炎,致炎后分别将治疗药物涂于足部与腹部,连续27d,观察各组大鼠继发性炎症,测肿胀率。结果:蒿白伤湿气雾剂能明显改善佐剂性关节炎大鼠耳部红斑、尾部结节发生率及严重程度,对佐剂性关节炎大鼠继发性病变有一定的改善作用;能降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠左右后足趾肿胀率,对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节病变有较好的治疗作用。结论:蒿白伤湿气雾剂对大鼠佐剂性关节炎有较好的防治作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Artemisia annua dampness aerosol on adjuvant arthritis in rats. Methods: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, model control group, rheumatoid arthritis group and low, medium and high doses of dampness aerosol of Artemisia annua. The rats in the other groups except the blank group Left and right posterior toe subcutaneous injection of Freund’s complete adjuvant-induced inflammation, inflammation were treated with drugs were applied to the feet and abdomen, continuous 27d, observed in each group of secondary inflammation in rats, measured swelling. Results: Artemisia Baiyao damp aerosol could obviously improve the incidence and severity of erythema and caudate nodules in adjuvant arthritis rats, and improve the secondary lesion in adjuvant arthritis rats. Can reduce left and right posterior toe swelling rate in adjuvant arthritis rats, has a good therapeutic effect on joint diseases of adjuvant arthritis rats. Conclusion: Artemisia annihilate dampness aerosol has good preventive and therapeutic effects on adjuvant arthritis in rats.
