矿井自动化信息化离不开通信平台,可靠的通讯平台是矿井生产调度安全高效的技术保证。目前,矿井一般都建设了工业环网,基本上把固定安装的设备连接起来,极大促进了矿井自动化的发展。但是,井下还有很多移动设备、人员等的联网调度还没有得到彻底的解决,这些需要无线通讯手段才能把移动的人和物纳入到信息化自动化调度管理系统中来。目前最为标准、最通用、带宽最高的无线通信模式是WIFI通信,能否找到一个合适的方式来保证矿井下WIFI基站具有可靠的供电电源和不易损伤的联网光缆,是我们一直思考的问题。WIFI节能巷道灯完美地解决了基站布置和WIFI信号覆盖问题,巷道灯可靠的供电电源可有效保证无线WIFI信号的可靠,巷道顶部走线的方式大大降低了光缆容易被生产设备砸压、挂断的几率;同时利用信息化手段实现“人来灯亮、人走灯灭”效果,从而达到节能的目的。

The reliable power supply of the roadway lamp can effectively ensure the reliability of the wireless WIFI signal.
