目的了解丹东市14-16岁青少年的营养状况及高血压情况,分析其特点。以便指导青少年及其家长采取正确的生活方式,使青少年能够健康成长。方法随机抽取四所职业中专91--93年出生的学生2032人进行健康体检,专人测量身高,体重,血压,并计算体重指数(BMI)。结果在参加体检的2032明学生中,超重者173人,占8.51%,肥胖者142人,占6.99%,其中男生1542人,超重者139人,占9.01%,肥胖者113人,占7.33%,女生490人,超重者34人,占6.94%,肥胖者29人,占5.92%。体重正常者中,单纯收缩压升高者18人,占1.05%(18/1717),收缩压,舒张压都升高者7人(7/1717),占0.41%。在超重及肥胖者中,单纯收缩压升高者15人,占4.76%(15/315),收缩压,舒张压都升高者89人,占体重升高者28.3%(89/315)。结论在本次抽样体检中,超重及肥胖者男性均高于女性,而高血压与体重明显相关,体重正常者,单纯收缩压升高及收缩压,舒张压都升高的检出率明显低于超重及肥胖者。在超重及肥胖者中高血压的检出率男女未做统计学比较。
Objective To understand the nutritional status and hypertension of 14-16-year-old adolescents in Dandong and to analyze their characteristics. So as to guide young people and their parents in adopting the correct lifestyle so that young people can grow up healthily. Methods A total of 2032 students were randomly selected from four professional secondary schools from 1991 to 1993 for physical examination. Height, weight and blood pressure were measured by hand, and body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Results Among the 2032 students who participated in the physical examination, 173 were overweight, accounting for 8.51%, 142 were obese, accounting for 6.99%, of whom 1542 were male, 139 were overweight, accounting for 9.01%, and 113 were obese, accounting for 7.33% , 490 girls, 34 overweight, accounting for 6.94%, 29 were obese, accounting for 5.92%. Among those with normal body weight, 18 patients (18/1717) with elevated systolic pressure alone, 7 patients (7/1717) with systolic and diastolic pressure elevated, accounting for 0.41%. Among those who were overweight and obese, there were 15 patients (4.76%, 15/315) with elevated systolic blood pressure, 89 (elevated systolic and diastolic blood pressure), and 28.3% (89/315) with elevated body weight. Conclusion In this sampling examination, overweight and obese men were higher than women, and hypertension and body weight were significantly related to weight normal, simple systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower detection rate Overweight and obese people. The detection rate of hypertension in overweight and obese men and women did not make a statistical comparison.
