目的:观察丹参注射液对荷lewis肺癌生长转移及基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix met-alloproteinase-9,MMP-9)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响。方法:将荷lewis肺癌小鼠,分别腹腔注射丹参注射液(5、10、20、40和80g/kg)、环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CTX)和生理盐水,检测小鼠移植瘤的质量和肺转移灶数及MMP-9和VEGF的值。结果:丹参1组(5g/kg,抑制率为15.01%)对荷瘤小鼠瘤质量有抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。丹参各剂量组的肺转移灶数目均低于生理盐水组,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。丹参2、3组〔(5.43±0.31)%、(5.34±0.80)%〕MMP-9的表达与生理盐水组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。丹参各剂量组VEGF的表达与生理盐水组比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:极低剂量的丹参注射液对荷瘤小鼠的移植瘤有明显抑制作用。不同剂量的丹参注射液对肺部转移无抑制或促进作用,对VEGF的表达无影响。中低剂量的丹参注射液能降低MMP-9的表达。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Danshen injection on the growth and metastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods: The mice bearing Lewis lung cancer were injected intraperitoneally with Danshen injection (5, 10, 20, 40 and 80g / kg), cyclophosphamide (CTX) and normal saline respectively The number of metastases and the values of MMP-9 and VEGF. Danshen injection at different doses had no inhibitory or promoting effects on lung metastasis, but had no effect on the expression of VEGF. Low-dose Salvia injection can reduce the expression of MMP-9.
