不久前,北京市总工会下发了9个落实《关于深化工会三级服务体系建设参与加强和创新社会管理的意见》的执行性文件(简称“1+9”文件)。这是继“1+6”文件和“职工发展规划”以来,市总又一次制定下发全市工会系统探索建设“时代特征、中国特色、北京特点”首善工会的指导性文件。全市工会系统已全面行动起来,纷纷根据本单位实际情况,抓紧落实相关文件精神。
