在酶学和络合物化学的研究中,经常会遇到一个重要的问题,即如何测定酶络合物中酶蛋白和金属离子、酶和底物或金属离子和配体等相互之间的数量关系,以及所形成的络合物的稳定性。这对于了解酶络合物的形成、结构和络合物的成键本质等方面都有很大的意义。
In the study of enzymology and complex chemistry, one of the most important problems we often encounter is how to determine the interaction between enzyme proteins and metal ions, enzymes and substrates, or between metal ions and ligands in enzyme complexes The quantitative relationship, as well as the stability of the complexes formed. This is of great significance for understanding the formation of the enzyme complex, the structure and the bonding nature of the complex.
