本文对１８３例支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）的癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）和糖链抗原５０（ＣＡ５０）浓度进行了检测。结果显示：肺癌ＢＡＬＦ的ＣＥＡ和ＣＡ５０浓度均值分别为２２．０５±２２．３３μｇ／Ｌ和４１．５３±２９．５７ＫＵ／Ｌ，明显高于肺结核组和肺炎组，Ｐ值均＜０．００１。将ＢＡＬＦ的ＣＥＡ、ＣＡ５０的诊断界值定为≥１０μｇ／Ｌ和２０ＫＵ／Ｌ为阳性，则ＣＥＡ和ＣＡ５０同时阳性对肺癌的特异性为９０％，阳性准确率为９４％。提示ＢＡＬＦ的ＣＥＡ、ＣＡ５０同时检测，可为肺癌诊断提供重要线索。
In this paper, the concentrations of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 50 (CA50) in 183 cases of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were examined. The results showed that the mean concentrations of CEA and CA50 in BALF of lung cancer were 22.05±22.33μg/L and 41.53±29.57KU/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the pulmonary tuberculosis and pneumonia groups. The P values were <0.001. The diagnostic thresholds of CEA and CA50 in BALF were set to be ≥10μg/L and 20KU/L were positive. The specificity of CEA and CA50 at the same time for lung cancer was 90%, and the positive accuracy rate was 94%. It is suggested that simultaneous detection of CEA and CA50 in BALF can provide important clues for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
