促排卵方案的正确选择关系到卵巢低反应者所获卵母细胞的数量和质量,通过评估卵巢储备功能预测卵巢反应性,从而采取有效的个体化超促排卵方案增加卵巢对促性腺激素的反应性,提高妊娠率。虽然目前有多种治疗方案可供选择,如促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)短方案、促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRHA)方案、微刺激方案、自然周期和未成熟卵体外培养成熟(IVM)技术等,但对各种方案的利弊还未形成清晰、统一的认识,还需要进行多中心大样本前瞻性随机临床对照研究。
