对不同温度下贮藏的牡丹切花内源激素水平的测定结果表明:低温(4℃)贮藏,内源乙烯和吲哚乙酸(IAA)水平显著低于室温(18℃)贮藏,细胞分裂素(CTK)水平高于室温贮藏,低温贮藏切花寿命较室温贮藏可延长10天左右。两种温度贮藏,脱落酸(ABA)水平前期波动较大,后期明显升高;细胞分裂素与脱落酸之比值变化趋势与切花衰老进程十分吻合,初步认为,细胞分裂素和脱落酸两类激素间的平衡是影响牡丹切花衰老的重要因素之一。
