目的:了解吸毒结核病患者吸毒现状,有助于进一步研究吸毒人群结核病状况。方法:采用现场问卷调查方式,在云南与四川两劳教所了解吸毒结核病患者人口学特征、首次吸毒年龄、年限、次数以及毒品花费等吸毒情况。结果:155名被调查者以无业和农民为主,受教育程度低,离婚率高。被调查者首次滥用毒品的平均年龄为22.1±6.3岁,毒品滥用年限平均为9.9±4.1年,每天滥用毒品平均次数为3.53±1.29次,每天滥用毒品平均数量为0.87±1.32g,每人每年用于购买毒品的平均费用为43952.6±48500.5元;平均脱毒次数为6.61±6.47次,其中有51.5%的被调查者脱毒次数5次及以上;有71.0%认为吸毒已严重影响到自己的身体健康。结论:需进一步研究吸毒人群结核病患者由于吸毒原因对其结核病服务利用的影响因素。 OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of drug abuse in drug abuse TB patients and to further study the TB status of drug addicts. Methods: By means of on-the-spot questionnaire survey, we found out the demographic characteristics of drug addicts with tuberculosis in Yunnan and Sichuan Labor Forced Labor Camps, the first drug addiction age, years, number of times and drug consumption. Results: 155 respondents were mostly unemployed and peasants, with low level of education and high divorce rate. The average age of drug abuse for the first time was 22.1 ± 6.3 years.
