当前,一些煤炭企业为了调动工人积极性,把工人的井下津贴(除班中餐、岗位津贴外)与吨煤工资单价捆在一起使用。他们认为这样做的好处是奖勤罚懒,即可充分利用津贴作为工资和奖金的一部分,调动工人积极性。由于班组内部实行按量记分、按分分配的办法,因此,分数与分值就决定了收入的高低。而分值的高低取决于完成工作量的多少和单位工作量价格的高低,对采掘工人来讲,就是吨煤(进尺)单价。对于区队乃至班组的内部分配而言,就意味着提高了分值,从而使干活多的人多挣钱,干活少的人少挣钱,不干活的人不挣钱,连入井津贴
