探讨穆斯林与不信教的晚期癌症患者接受宁养服务后生活质量的差异。对收集的172例晚期癌症患者接受宁养服务后生活质量改善效果的观察。结果显示,穆斯林组(79例)与不信教组(93例)在生活质量提高方面无明显差异(P>0.05),但在家庭的理解与配合、自身对癌症的认识、对治疗的态度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此认为伊斯兰教的生死观与宁养服务结合对于穆斯林晚期癌症患者提供了身、心、灵上的照护,对其生活质量的改善有一定帮助。
Discuss differences in quality of life among Muslim and unbelieved advanced cancer patients after receiving nourishing services. 172 cases of advanced cancer patients receiving nourishing services to improve the quality of life after the observation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the quality of life among the Muslim group (79 cases) and the non-religious group (93 cases) (P> 0.05). Therefore, considering the combination of Islamic concept of life and death and nourishing services provides physical, psychological and spiritual care for patients with advanced Muslim cancer, which will be helpful to the improvement of their quality of life.
