分析了带反馈环路的光子器件信号处理的特点,提出了利用MATLAB的循环流程控制模拟光学反馈环路和设计MATLAB元件的方法,解决了Opti System不能模拟光学反馈环路的困难。模拟了无损耗微环滤波器,设计了无损耗微环滤波器的MATLAB元件,并实现了MATLAB与Opti System系统的协同仿真。仿真结果表明,提出的模拟光学反馈环路方法是可行性的,设计的无损耗微环滤波器MATLAB元件的性能与理论值吻合。
The characteristics of the signal processing of photonic devices with feedback loops are analyzed. The method of controlling the optical feedback loop and designing the MATLAB components by using the cyclic flow control of MATLAB is proposed, which solves the difficulty that the Opti System can not simulate the optical feedback loop. Simulation of a lossless micro-loop filter, the design of a lossless micro-loop filter MATLAB components, and to achieve the MATLAB and Opti System co-simulation system. The simulation results show that the proposed method of simulating optical feedback loop is feasible and the performance of the designed MATLAB component of the lossless micro-loop filter is in accordance with the theoretical value.
