目的:探讨补骨脂盐炙工艺对肾阳虚、脾虚模型动物作用的差异,以阐明补骨脂炮制工艺的药效差异。方法:以主要脏器指数、血清cAMP/cGMP、TNF-α、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶含量为评价指标,观察不同工艺的补骨脂炮制品即补骨脂生品、水炙品、盐炙品对氢化可的松所致肾阳虚模型大鼠及大黄所致脾虚腹泻模型大鼠的影响。结果:不同工艺的补骨脂炮制品对肝指数、肾指数、胸腺指数、血清cAMP/cGMP、TNF-α、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶均有显著性影响(P<0.05);且补骨脂盐炙品与生品有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂给药组的燥性强度依次为生品组>水炙品组>盐炙品组,加热和盐处理都可缓和补骨脂生品的燥性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the difference of the action of psoralen salt and sunburn on animal model of deficiency of yin deficiency and spleen-deficiency to clarify the differences of pharmacodynamics of psoralen preparation. Methods: The indexes of major organs, serum cAMP / cGMP, TNF-α and Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase were used as the evaluation indexes to observe the different processes of psoralen products, Effect of Salt and Sunburn Products on Hydrocortisone - induced Kidney - Yang Deficiency Rats and Rhubarb - induced Spleen Deficiency Diarrhea in Rats. Results: The products of psoralen treated with different technology had significant effects on liver index, kidney index, thymus index, serum cAMP / cGMP, TNF-α and Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase (P <0.05). And psoralen salt Sunburn products and raw products were significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The desiccation strength of psoralen group was in order of raw product group> Shuihuo product group> saltbranched product group, and both heat and salt treatment could ease the desiccation of psoralen product.
