用染料比色方法观察了拟胆碱剂氨甲酰胆碱(Carbachol)及肾上腺素能β受体阻断剂心得安(Inderal)对γ线12Gy照射小鼠胃对液体排空能力的影响。结果证明,氨甲酰胆碱对正常及12Gy照射小鼠胃排空皆有明显加速作用,且对照射鼠胃排空的加速作用更为显著,1.6-6.2μg/鼠氨甲酰胆碱可使照射小鼠胃排空率基本恢复至正常水平。0.2mg/鼠心得安对正常及照射小鼠的胃排空率皆无明显影响。上述结果进一步证实,胆碱能神经在照后胃排空改变中起着重要作用。
The effects of carbachol and adrenergic beta-blocker Inderal on the liquid emptying ability of mice irradiated by gamma-ray 12Gy were observed by dye colorimetry. The results demonstrated that carbachol significantly accelerated gastric emptying in normal and 12Gy irradiated mice, and accelerated the gastric emptying of irradiation mice more significantly. 1.6-6.2 μg/mouse carbachol was available. The irradiated mice’s gastric emptying rate basically returned to normal levels. 0.2mg/rat propranolol had no significant effect on the gastric emptying rate of normal and irradiated mice. The above results further confirmed that cholinergic nerve plays an important role in the changes of gastric emptying after irradiation.
