制备了环氧树脂和液体端羟基丁腈橡胶改性双酚A型氰酸酯胶粘剂,采用红外光谱、DSC、TGA及DMA研究了催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡对胶粘剂固化行为、固化产物结构、耐热性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入催化剂后该胶粘剂在140℃下固化度为88.7%;固化物T g达到199.4℃,失重5%的温度(T d5)为344.7℃;25℃、150℃和200℃的剪切强度分别为29.4 MPa、27.7 MPa和20.0 MPa,150℃和200℃的强度保持率高达94.2%和68.0%。该胶储存稳定,25℃下放置50 d后仍具有良好常温及高温力学强度。
Epoxy resin and liquid hydroxy-terminated nitrile rubber modified bisphenol A cyanate ester adhesive were prepared.
