儿童糖尿病以Ⅰ型为主,一经确诊,需终身使用胰岛素治疗。业已证明,长期使用动物胰岛素制剂可使许多患儿血清产生胰岛素抗体,使用牛胰岛素或牛、猪混合胰岛素者尤甚,以致需要超常规剂量的胰岛素方能控制其血糖水平。我院内分泌科自1996年开始使用丹麦诺和诺德公司生产的人胰岛素
