笔者于1975年在京随史宝瑞老师学习。其治头痛方中必用牛膝,余乃将该方命曰:牛膝降痛汤。以此方治各类头痛效甚著,现介绍同道以验证。药物组成及适应症白芷、藁本、川芎各6克,黄芩、菊花、赤芍、当归、牛膝各10克,生地黄12克。适应于较久头痛或慢性头痛,偏于热;或兼阴虚、血虚、血瘀证。也适因外感引起头痛长期不愈者。加减法:血虚头痛甚者,白芷、藁本量酌减,地黄以生、熟两用,芍药以赤、白两用,可加阿胶、龙眼肉
The author studied in Beijing with Shi Baorui in 1975. In the treatment of headaches, Achyranthes must be used, and Yu is the party’s deceased: Achyranthes decoction. Adapt to longer headache or chronic headache, partial to heat; or yin deficiency, blood deficiency, blood stasis syndrome. Also due to exogenous headache caused by long-term unhealed. Addition and subtraction: blood deficiency headaches, white peony root, reduce the amount of glycosides, yellow to raw, cooked dual-use, peony red, white dual-use, can add donkey hide, longan meat
