室间隔缺损无合并症的平片X线定性诊断并不难。但在无特殊设备的条件下,如何利用X线平片对缺损大小及缺损部位作出判断,以估计经缺损处的分流量,为心脏手术治疗提供更多的参考资料是至关重要的。本文通过经手术证实的55例平片X线分析,对定量和定位的有关问题进行探讨,以提高术前诊断水平。
Ventricular septal defect without complications of plain radiographs qualitative diagnosis is not difficult. However, in the absence of special equipment, how to use X-ray to determine the size of the defect and the location of the defect in order to estimate the amount of partial flow through the defect and provide more references for cardiac surgery is crucial. In this paper, 55 cases confirmed by surgery X-ray analysis of the quantitative and localization of the issues discussed in order to improve the level of preoperative diagnosis.
