从哲学的角度讲,定位是一个城市发展的唯物论,是从实际出发的发展,是科学发展观的集中体现。本文从我国 经济建设的全局出发,在国内和国际的大空间中,对包头进行了全方位的比较分析,从而得出了黄河的重庆与中国芝加哥的 结论。为了完善包头作为黄河城市的内涵与外延,本文还对包头城市的行政区划提出了自己的见解。 From a philosophical point of view, positioning is a materialist theory of urban development, development from reality, and a concentrated expression of the scientific concept of development. Based on the overall situation of our country’s economic construction, this article makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of Baotou in domestic and international big space, and draws the conclusion of Chongqing in the Yellow River and Chicago in China. In order to improve the connotation and extension of Baotou as the Yellow River city, this article also put forward its own opinion on Baotou’s administrative division.
