通过宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,分析了卡车轮胎气门嘴的开裂失效原因。结果表明:该气门嘴的开裂失效主要是由二氧化硫引起的应力腐蚀开裂,以沿晶型开裂为主。最后提出了相应的改进措施。
Through the macroscopic examination, the chemical composition analysis, the metallographic examination, the scanning electron microscope and the energy spectrum analysis and other means, analyzes the truck tire valve cracking failure reason. The results show that the valve cracking failure is mainly caused by sulfur dioxide stress corrosion cracking, cracking along the crystal-based. Finally, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
