This paper establishes the development model of the investment-production-reinvestment process in the macroeconomy, and obtains the change equation of capital distribution according to the period of use. In this paper, we study the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the equation and obtain the analytical expression of the solution. In the last chapter, we get the sufficient conditions for the stability of the plant system
