通过对农村中学学校变革中教师策略的个案研究表明:由于不同的变革指令,农村中学处在变革的不确定性中,同时造成教师“运动式”的变革体验;农村教师在具体的策略选择中存在个体差异,呈现不同的表现方式;而教师的差异性行动自动被纳入稳定的学校结构中,学校最终陷入变革的再生产过程。
Through the case study of the teacher’s strategy in the reform of rural middle schools, it is shown that due to different instructional changes, rural middle schools are in the uncertainty of transformation and meanwhile, teachers’ experience of “movement” is changed. In the specific strategies of rural teachers, There are individual differences in the choice, showing different ways of expression; and teacher differences in action automatically included in the stable school structure, the school eventually caught in the process of change and reproduction.
