目的 探讨核糖核酸酶抑制因子 (RNasin)对脑胶质瘤生长的抑制作用及可能机理 .方法 从人胎盘组织中提取制备RNasin,体内外观察其对人 SHG44和大鼠 C6胶质瘤细胞生长的抑制作用 .结果 (1)体外不同浓度的 RNasin对培养的 C6及SHG44胶质瘤细胞存活率无明显影响 ,与对照组比较
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of RNasin on the growth of human gliomas and its possible mechanism.Methods RNasin was extracted from human placenta and the growth of human SHG44 and C6 glioma cells was observed in vitro and in vivo Inhibition.Results (1) Different concentrations of RNasin in vitro had no significant effect on the survival rate of cultured C6 and SHG44 glioma cells, compared with the control group
