在社会主义企业中,只有领导与工人群众双方民主意识的不断增强并紧密结合,才能搞好企业民主管理。本文提出的“参与意识”,则侧重于谈谈职工民主意识的培养问题。从现实看,当前企业中还有相当一部分工人群众的参与意识还比较淡薄。表现为:对与自己切身利益没有直接关系的事情,不听、不问、不想;甚至对由集体讨论决定的与自己切身利益有关,而需要参与的事情,也表现出了不应有的冷淡。例如在评选干部或选举代表时,有些人随便弃权,或在名单上瞎划圈圈。还有人甚至写上了“济公”、“阿凡提”的名字。参与意识淡薄,其原因是多方面
In socialist enterprises, only by strengthening and closely integrating the democratic consciousness of the leaders and the masses of workers can we do a good job of democratic management of enterprises.
