中国机械工程学会材料学会结构钢委员会成立大会兼结构钢淬透性能学术讨论会于1982年9月8日至11日在长春市召开。来自机械、冶金、煤炭、造船等系统及高等院校、研究单位的57名代表参加。会议期间共交流论文22篇,这些论文反映了近年来各单位在结构钢研究方面的可喜成果。会上经过代表们的充分酝酿、协商,成立了材料学会结构钢委员会,共有十九名委员组成,第一汽车制造厂姚贵升同
