亲环素 A(Cy PA )是免疫抑制药物环孢素 A的受体 ,是胞质内一种具有肽基 -脯氨酸顺 /反异构酶活性的蛋白质。 Cy PA在 HIV - 1的生命周期中能掺入病毒颗粒 ,其掺入为 HIV- 1的感染性所必需。本文简要综述 Cy PA在HIV- 1复制中的作用 ,以及这方面的研究对抗 HIV- 1治疗的意义。
Cyclophilin A (Cy PA) is the immunosuppressive drug cyclosporine A receptor, is a cytoplasmic protein with a peptide-proline cis / trans isomerase activity of the protein. Cy PA incorporates virions during the life cycle of HIV-1, which is required for HIV-1 infectivity. This article briefly reviews the role of Cy PA in HIV-1 replication and the significance of this research in combating HIV-1 therapy.
