该文介绍了南京新华大厦桩基工程的设计、施工以及沉降监测情况。通过桩的静载试验,取得合理的设计参数,使桩基设计经济合理、效益显著,并从试验中发现软岩嵌岩桩的嵌岩深度可不受《建筑桩基技术规范(JGJ 94-94)》的限制,适当加深嵌岩深度可取得较好经济效益。
This paper introduces the design, construction and settlement monitoring of the pile foundation in Nanjing Xinhua Building. Through the static load test of piles, reasonable design parameters are obtained to make the pile foundation design economical and reasonable, and the benefits are obvious. It is found from the test that the rock-socketed depth of soft rock-socketed piles is not affected by the technical specification of building pile foundation (JGJ 94-94 ) "Restrictions, properly deepen the depth of embedded rock can obtain better economic efficiency.
