根据已有研究,本文采用约翰·H.霍兰的适应性造就复杂性的思想脉络,将企业视为一个复杂的适应性系统,然后从演化的视角去分析造成不同国家间企业管理同一性和差异性的原因。并将比较管理研究的客体确定为企业管理机制,将比较管理研究的内容界定在不同国家间企业管理的结构与行为上。最后以比较管理机制为核心,构建比较管理研究范式。此外,本文的研究可以为中国本土管理理论的形成和发展提供理论依据,从而使中国管理学术界尽早实现企业管理理论本土化。
According to the existing research, this paper uses John H Holland’s adaptability to create the complex context of thought, and regards the enterprise as a complex adaptive system. Then from the perspective of evolution, it analyzes the differences between the management of enterprises in different countries and The reason for the difference. The object of comparative management research is defined as the enterprise management mechanism, and the content of comparative management research is defined in the structure and behavior of enterprise management among different countries. Finally, the comparison management mechanism as the core, to build comparative management research paradigm. In addition, the research in this article can provide a theoretical basis for the formation and development of the theory of local management in China, so that Chinese management academia can localize the theory of enterprise management as soon as possible.
