目的:观察中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取96例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,以随机的方式进行分组。对照组采取常规的西医治疗方法,观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上使用中药汤剂进行治疗。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%,观察组为91.67%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项观察指标与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗痛风性关节炎临床效果好于常规西药治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods: Ninety-six patients with gouty arthritis were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into groups. The control group to take conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00% and that of the observation group was 91.67%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The observation group patients with various indicators compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of gouty arthritis by traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than conventional western medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis.
