测定了五种不同方法合成的HZSM-5分子筛对苯和环己烷的吸附等温线,并用程序升温脱附(TPD)考察了所研究样品表面的酸性质,用常压固定床积分反应器比较了五个样品的苯和乙醇烷基化性能。实验结果表明,不同方法合成的样品孔径和表面酸性均有一定差异,这种差异在烷基化反应性能上亦能表现出来。生成二乙苯的择形性递降顺序为: 直接法>氨水法>乙胺法~四丙基溴化胺法~乙二胺法。
The adsorption isotherms of benzene and cyclohexane on HZSM-5 molecular sieves synthesized by five different methods were determined. The acid property on the surface of the investigated samples was investigated by temperature programmed desorption (TPD) Five samples were alkylated with benzene and ethanol. The experimental results show that there are some differences in the pore size and surface acidity of the synthesized samples by different methods, and this difference can also be demonstrated in the alkylation reaction performance. The order of selectivity of diethylbenzene descends as follows: direct method> ammonia method> ethylamine method - tetrapropylammonium bromide method - ethylenediamine method.
